Montys Story

Monty is a twelve year old Smithfield cross and is a a treasured member of our family. Monty had arthritis coming on for a few years in the winter time but last year was the worst. Suddenly there was a huge deterioration and he just couldn’t get up. We started bringing him inside in the warm as he was finding it difficult to even get up. A lot of the time we needed tto help get on his feet and it often needed two of us, so we didn’t hurt him. He would often yelp when we tried to move. We gave him an electric blanket and hot water bottles to make him more comfortable. We tried other preparations on the market but noticed little change. Since wehave been giving him Wild Blend we have not had to take Monty to the vet for cortisone shots. Wild Blend has enabled Monty to get up by himself and move around more comfortably. I was thinking last winter would be his last and we would have to look at putting him down, because he was in so much pain.
